# Best Disc Golf Sets for Women Source: https://discgolfnest.com/best/best-disc-golf-sets-for-women Updated: 2026-09-15 Publisher: Disc Golf Nest. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://discgolfnest.com/how-we-research#our-score There is no separate category of women's discs, but grip and weight fit still decide how well a set works. Shallower rims and narrower profiles are easier to hold securely, and discs in the lower weight ranges reach their flight numbers without the arm speed a heavy speed 12 driver demands. Sets marketed for women vary widely, so it is worth reading the actual molds rather than the label. We judged sets on rim depth, available weights, and whether the molds stay controllable at moderate power. Understable fairway sets suit players still building distance and wanting straight lines. Neutral midrange and putter sets suit anyone with a solid throw who wants accuracy first. Colors aside, the same rules apply to everyone: lighter and slower discs are easier to learn on. ## Picks ### 1.
