What we liked
- + Expands to 10 ft, useful for close-in water hazards
- + Simple hook design is quick to use without swapping heads
- + Shorter pole collapses small for easy bag storage
Trade-offs
- - Single hook is less versatile than multi-head retrievers
- - 10 ft reach will not reach discs deep into large ponds
