Disc Living's black disc golf bag in 16 oz waxed canvas, fitting up to 10 discs with a belt loop and bottle holder.
Budget bags cover the basics: a main compartment for discs, a putter pocket, a drink holder and straps. Where they differ from expensive bags is in the parts that fail first. Thin zippers, unreinforced strap anchors and flimsy bases are the usual weak points, and a bag that splits at the seam mid-season costs more than buying something solid the first time. We focused on stitching at stress points, zipper quality, base rigidity and whether the strap padding survives a loaded round. Small budget bags suit new players who are not sure how many discs they will end up carrying. Larger budget packs suit anyone who wants full capacity without premium pricing. Expect fewer weather features and plan on a separate rain cover if you play through wet months.
