Best Disc Golf Shoulder Bags
Updated How we research
Dynamic Discs Cadet Disc Golf Bag - Introductory Lightweight and Durable Bag, 10-12 Disc Capacity, Black
Dynamic Discs' Cadet in Black, an introductory lightweight and durable bag with 10-12 disc capacity.
Dynamic Discs Cadet Disc Golf Bag Small - 17+ Disc Capacity with Water Bottle Holder, Blue
Dynamic Discs' Cadet Small in Blue, a shoulder bag with 17+ disc capacity and a water bottle holder.
Shoulder bags cover the space between carrying discs loose and hauling a full backpack. Most hold six to twelve discs plus a drink and a mini, which is plenty for a casual nine. They are quicker to open than a pack, since you swing the bag forward and pull a disc without setting anything down, and that speed is why plenty of experienced players keep one for practice rounds. We looked at strap width and padding, how the bag sits when you walk, drink holder stability and whether the top closes against rain. Small sling bags suit quick rounds and field work. Larger shoulder bags with a wide strap suit full rounds when you want more discs but no back panel. Above roughly a dozen discs, a backpack carries the weight better.
