MVP Disc Sports Black Hole Event Horizon Disc Golf Training Net
MVP Black Hole Event Horizon, a 7 by 10 foot disc golf training net with a dedicated putting pocket and pull cord for disc retrieval. A premium-priced net with a limited lifetime warranty.
A practice net turns a small yard, garage, or basement into somewhere you can throw without chasing discs or hitting a neighbor's fence. What varies is depth, frame rigidity, and how the netting absorbs a full-power drive. Shallow nets bounce discs straight back at you, and thin mesh frays where discs land repeatedly. Footprint matters too, since some nets need real anchoring while others stand on their own frame. We weighed stopping power on hard throws, net durability at the impact zone, and how fast the frame goes up and down. Portability decides a lot: a net you fold in a minute gets used far more than one you leave assembled. Larger nets suit driving and full run-ups, compact ones fit form work and indoor sessions, and target-style nets suit players drilling accuracy rather than raw distance.
